BARRAMUNDI FISH
HOW TO CUT AND SEASONING THE BARRAMUNDI
INGREDIENTS:
I bought Barramundi fish at SEAFOOD BROTHERS yesterday. This seafood place always sell fresh selections of Seafoods. I plan to cook Barramundi in 3 different sauce but before jump to it, I wanna show you how to cut Barramundi Fillet to some pieces using sharp knife.

The fish still covered on white plastic. Now time for me to unfold it! I took one fillet and lay down it to horizontal style. Grab the sharp knife. Start to cut from 12 to 6 o'clock and then the continue the rest. 1 fillet for 3 cuts.
I have 3 different knifes. I can use between one of them to cut FILLET FISH.

Than garnished with Salt and Black Pepper on the top Pour salt, black pepper on each side and they ready to grilled on the pan or in BBQ GRILLED for 3 minutes each side. Mixed with roasted potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
