MANGGO SALAD
SALAD is part of food, this dish usually enjoyed as Appetiser as well as main course. This Mango Salad particularly easy to make. We only need some fresh mango, vegetables and herbs.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece of Mango
- 2 pieces Baby Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Half red onion
- Half Avocado
- 1 piece cucumber
FLAVOURING
- Pinch salt, black pepper, oregano and fresh parsley.
STEP 1:
Prepare all ingredients on the table, this trick making easier for you to not forget something missing or keep come back to the fridge to catch one by one of ingredients. Than WASH everything until clean evenly.
STEP 2:
I suggest to use SHARP KNIFE to cut every vegetables and Mango.
- Cut Mango from the top to down each side of pit. Make lengthwise cuts and crosswise cuts into each half of the mango to form cubes. Separate the mango cubes from the skin and put cubes into a bowl.
- Next, cut every piece of Cherry Tomatoes in 4 cuts or just slice in half.
- Following with Cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise, then cut each half in strips.
- Net is the Red Onion. Cut into half, cut the root away, peel the skin, than slicing it to thin shape than dicing it.
- Another vegetable that you need to cut is Baby Lettuce. Cut them in half, we take half each to cut the core. Than cut each half lengthwise from head to down and chop it from in few slices.
- Last that you need to do is cutting Avocado in half, remove the pit, seperate the skin from meat than cut in slice and dicing it.
STEP 3:
Sprinkle all flavouring on the top of Salad than mix evenly. Time to serve while still FRESH.
Now the SALAD ready to serving! Enjoy it following by roasted chicken, roasted beef, grilled fish or just itself.
