ANOTHER TOPPING FOR PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g Homemade Bolognese sauce
- 50g Slice capsicum and red onion
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 20g Spinach
- 20g Mushroom
- 20g Mozzarella
- Pinch Blue cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Australian grated cheese
ADDITIONAL FLAVOUR:
- Pinch salt
- Black Paper
- Italian Herbs
First of all, prepare all ingredients together, pizza pan and the dough. In one pan pizza, I'm going to make two different flavours. The first flavour is Bolognese another once is Mushroom Mozzarella pizza.
QUICK STEPS: Put the pizza dough to the pan, spread the sauce as based, then on the left side spreading Bolognese sauce, onion, capsicum evenly also don't forget to add another additional flavours.
The second fun part is filling another half of Pizza with Mozzarella, mushroom, spinach, blue cheese. The last thing is to spread all cheese together on the top evenly.

Cook in oven 220℃ for 10 minutes. Pair with Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Cheers
