HOW TO MAKE PIZZA DOUGH
Today I will cooking Italian food call PIZZA. I think the cuisine had its own way to create thin, crispy crust and tasty. I had failed several times, there is always something about THE DOUGH from to thick, to dry or to tender. But today I was succeed to make PIZZA DOUGH from scratch and I would love to share with you. LET'S BEGIN.....
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Pizza Dough
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Additional raising wheat
- Plain wheat for the tray
STEP BY STEP:
- Pour 400 grams Pizza flour on medium bowl.
- Take 1 sachets Yeast and mix with 250ml warm water, stir it together.
- Pour yeast water to pizza flour than stir until mix evenly.
- Prepare flat kitchen bench or big cutting board to make the dough.
- Spread plain wheat to the bench dash with dough
- Create long shape approximately 25 cm long and we will cut it into 5 pieces, means there will be 5 pizza.
- 152 grams for every single dough.
- Next, we will make every dough to another shape, like a Bakpao/Steamed bun. Do not forget to take pinch plain flour to your hand and to the bench to prevent dough stick into it.
- Place it in a tray and cover with dry kitchen cloth for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, the dough ready to be made for Pizza.
