BERRIES PANCAKE
This is my first experience cooking pancake in "Australia",. I thought it will be challenging start from making dough to garnishing but it wasn't. So today going back again to my kitchen and let's smash it!!!!!
MAIN INGREDIENTS
PANCAKE MIXED
- 2 Free range eggs
- 1 Cup full cream milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Melted butter
- 1 Cup or Brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Mc Kenzie's Baking powder
GARNISH
- 2 Pieces Strawberry
- 15 Pieces Blueberry
- 2 Tablespoon Maple syrup
- Melted Butter mixed with 2 tablespoon full cream milk
INGREDIENTS
- Pour 350 grams Pancake original mix into a medium bowl. I choose pancake flour on a package because easy to find especially for you doesn't wanna make from scratch.
- In another bowl, cracked 2 eggs, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter, whisked evenly than pour together with pancake mix.
- Add more flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda together.
- Heat stove, setting medium heat, put a medium or larga pan, if the pan already warm enough, ass unsalted butter, pour first dough, cook for 2,5 minutes each side and rapidly.
- Place them up to cooking pepper towel to reduce oil from butter and place to a plate.
- Last, garnish them with strawberry, blueberries and maple syrup and butter on the top. You can also garnish with chocolate or cheese cream.
