Traditional German Wurst with Curry Flavour
FOOD is favorite for everyone, everyone needs to eat, therefore we call them "CHEF" for someone who has the highest capability in cooking. As cooking also my hobby too, I LOVE COOKING, from A-Z, starting from buy ingredients in supermarket/traditional market, making the seasoning, peeling vegetables, cooking it until its ready to serve. I LOVE THE FEELING, making people happy when they try my foods, for me its compliment and challenge me to cook even better at the other time. Every time I feel the bad mood, angry or stress its mean time to go out and grab some culinary surrounded! and wala, I feel better after!
For your information, I will write in two languages (English and Bahasa Indonesia) as my target audience for viewers or people who read my blog are people who can speak English and I would like to give information and just do basic English for Indonesian.

WELCOME TO CHINTIA'S KITCHEN
FIRST STEP :
Siapkan bahan utamanya yaitu Sosis.
Bila tidak suka sosis babi bisa menggantinya dengan sosi daging sapi atau daging ayam.
WURST adalah sosis dalam bahasa Jerman. FYI, sosis ini tidak halal karena bahan dasar nya terbuat dari daging babi yang dicampur dengan keju, garam, kecap asin, air dan beberapa bumbu penyedap rasa. TAPI KALIAN JANGAN KAWATIR, karena bisa menganti daging babi dengan sosis yang terbuat dari daging ayam atau daging sapi.
Cheese Kransky Wurst
Menyiapkan 7 jenis bumbu sebagai bahan dasar saus.
Dari mulai bumbu kari, saus pedas manis, lada hitam, garam, madu, bawang putih, kecap asin dan saus tomat.
Curry Powder Sweet Chili Sauce Pepper and Salt Powder
Honey Minced Garlic Soy Sauce
Tomato Sauce
AND MIX ALL SEASONING INGREDIENTS INTO ONE EXCEPT MINCED GARLIC
THIRD STEP :
Oseng bawang putih cincang , sampai bewarna kecoklatan, kemudian tuangkan racikan bumbu dan aduk secara merata, setelah 5 menit saus siap dihidangkan.
Panaskan wajah, setelah wajah panas, goreng sosis sampai bewarna kecoklatan dan tambahkan margarin.
Setelah 3 menit atau sampai warna kecoklatan sosis merata, sosis siap dihidangkan.

FOURTH STEP :
Potong sosis menjadi 7/8 bagian, taburkan bumbu kari, dan saus kari.

TIPS TO BUY INGREDIENTS:
Bahan - bahan ini bisa kalian dapat di supermarket moderen yang menjual makanan orang asing seperti KEM CHICKS, FOOD HALL, RANCH MARKET, FARMER dan sebagainya. Kusus sosis Jerman sudah pasti tidak bisa ditemukan di pasar tradisional, kecuali soso sapi biasa seperti KIMBO atau VIGO. FYI, Sosis Jerman lebih mahal dibanding sosis lokal, jadi bisa disesuaikan dengan biaya dan selera.
