ORIGINAL AND CREAMY TUSCANY CHICKEN DRUMSTICK

Italy is a paradise for delicious foods. From fresh milky MozzarellaOlive, Basil, Tomatoes,  Salami, Anchovies and many more. Few years ago I went to Tuscany, a capital of Florence.  
It was beautiful city surrounded by winery, olive tree, restaurants with magnificent foods and many more. Across from that I found delicious Tuscan chicken that I never tried before. I remember once I sat and having dinner in a restaurant, one of the menu is Tuscan chicken. The taste full of flavours from the chicken to lime, lemon, rosemary, garlic and for sure Tuscan white wine and yes that make me so missed Tuscan chicken a lot!

So tonight I'm going to make Tuscan Chicken with Vernaccia di San Gimignano white wine with cream and original Tuscan chicken drumstick with garlic and rosemary.

HOW TO MARINATE CHICKEN DRUMSTICK.
First, I need to marinate chicken drumsticks with some ingredients such as salt, black pepper (taste stronger than white pepper), Italian herbs contain (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage and coriander). Mixed them evenly and after that wraps with aluminium foil for about 1 hour.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN DRUMSTICK IN A MEDIUM HOT PAN.
After one hour, heat the pan to medium high heat. Pour vegetable oil with all chicken drumsticks on the pan, add butter, shake the pan slowly to make butter and chicken drumsticks mix evenly to boost flavour and wait for about 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, flip it the chicken drumstick to make sure all part of bodies cook evenly.


HOW TO COOK TUSCAN CHICKEN DRUMSTICK.
Meanwhile to save cooking time. I moved from chicken drumstick to make cream sauce. Heat medium pan, add butter and white button mushroom (sliced).

6+6 minutes, turn off the stove and use strainer to drain oil from the chicken drumstick or you can use paper towel to remove oil. 

HOW TO MAKE THE CREAMY SAUCE
In another pan, add olive oil, butter, mushroom, thickened cream and full cream milk. Stir them together on medium high heat stove fora about 5 minutes than add half chicken drumsticks and cook them for another 5 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL TUSCAN CHICKEN DRUMSTICK SAUCE
In another medium pot, pour olive oil, white wine and rosemary for 2 minutes and add another half chicken drumstick, than cook back for 5 minutes.

TIPS
🙿 I used drumstick chicken free range from Coles, 1.5Kg for $8,00. Chicken free range is tastier than normal chicken and the size smaller than chickens that push to grow in a cage. 

🙿 When I heat a pan, weather its small, medium or large size. I always check if the pan warm enough or not, I put my hand in front of the pan so 1 can feel the hot feeling on that. 

🙿Garlic make everything taste perfect especially fresh garlic crush by hand.
