CHORIZO POTATO SALAD
I always interested with FOODS especially to cook something new besides Indonesian cuisine. I'm from INDONESIA btw.
I have been almost 2 years in Australia. During my times here and observing many things including FOODS. Australia is a multicultural country with many different type foods you can find especially in Sydney. The most important thing, Australian cooking and eating a lot of SALAD! One of them made with potatoes. So now, I will cook "CHORIZO POTATO SALAD"

❐ Cooking time: 20 minutes
❐ Total: 30 minutes
MAIN INGREDIENTS⃞ 700 grams potatoes
⃞ 150 grams Chorizo
⃞ 2 pieces eggs
SEASONING
⃞ 1/4 teaspoon Salt
⃞ 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
⃞ 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
⃞ Pinch Ground nutmeg
▢ Pinch Parsley
DRESSING
⃞ 2 tablespoon Sour cream
▢ 5 tablespoon Mayonnaise

HOW TO BOIL POTATOES
Boil potatoes with 500 ml water, one teaspoon of slat on the pot and wait until boiling. Approximately after 7-10 minutes with medium heat gas stove.
Peel potatoes and cut those for 3-4cm cubes. Likewise onions, garlic, parsley also Chorizo.
After the water boiling, added potatoes and eggs together for 15 minutes.
HOW TO FRY CHORIZO
Chorizo is contain pork so not halal. You can also change Chorizo to beef or chicken sausage, all really depend what you can eat and individual tastes.
After all ready, than heat the pan add vegetable oil and fry them for 3 minutes.
Look, the Chorizo fat! Yes, that's what we need for natural flavour.
When Potatoes and Eggs ready, take off form the pot and separate them. Put cold water to cool it down. Cut Eggs around 3-4 cubes and mix with seasoning.
Almost ready, and the last thing you need is mix all together including the sauce. Than CHORIZO POTATO SALAD READY TO SERVE!
The taste of potato salad are mild, sweet and sour. This type of side dish eat together with roasted chicken, roasted pork, roasted beef. You can also eat them by itself. For vegetarian, you just need to remove Chorizo.
