RED ONION SAMBAL
SAMBAL is sauce paste. Sambal contained some ingredients such as fresh green/orange/red chilies and brown sugar, shrimp paste, lime juice, ginger, garlic, onion, etc. Sambal originally comes from Indonesia. In my country, Indonesian enjoying to eat Sambal with different type of side dish.
To make Sambal, very easy. You just need ULEKAN. But in Australia, you will find quite challenge to find ulekan. But you can buy them online like in Amazin or Ebay.
INGREDIENTS
- 100g Red onion
- 200g green chillies
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

HOW TO EAT THEM
I suggest for you FANS OF SPICY FOODS. Enjoy your Sambal together white rice and some additional side dish such as stir-fry kale, grilled fish, fried or grilled chicken, fried rice, fried noodle even grilled prawn and the last is shrimp crackers.
NOTED
To make Sambal is very easy. Put all raw onion and chillies on the Ulekan. Than crush them evenly. Next, added soy and oyster sauce and stir them evenly.

NOTED
So, I also suggest you to use Ulekan when you decide to make Sambal. Or, if you don't have it, use Blender should be fine, as long as you setting and decide how smooth the Sambal will be.
