ROASTED POTATO


Guys, I would like to share my experienced how I failed several times every time when cooking roasted potatoes. Between the skin not crispy, potatoes not cooked enough, too salty, etc. 
Anyway, so far after the drama cooked roasted potatoes, I succeed cooked perfect roasted potato like Chef cooked at their kitchen!

FIRST OF ALL, every time I plan making roasted potatoes or any kind of roasted that need Oven. I always heat the oven first than doing other things such as cutting vegetables, preparing seasoning, etc.

Next step, you just need to prepare 3 pieces RUSSET POTATOES, wash them with cold water and cut them like pieces of dice. Cut into 2 part and cut become 4 part every part.

Place potatoes to oven plates and put them into the oven for 30 minutes and another 10 minutes.

10 minutes before potato ready, heat stove after that warm up stove and pan on the top. Than after the pan become hot, add vegetable oil, fried garlic, than potatoes and add additional salt then Australian parsley.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking times: 45 minutes
Serving: 3 people

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 Pieces Russet potatoes
SEASONING:
  • 3 pieces fresh garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Australian parsley
GARNISH
  • Australian parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Turn oven for 220℃ 
  • Put potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes and take off from the oven, add olive oil and put them back to the oven for another 10 minutes. 10 minutes to make skin crispier.
  • Than heat stove and add vegetable oil than garlic (chopped).
  • Add more salt, black pepper and Australian parsley.
  • Than after 5 minutes, roasted potatoes ready to serve.

TIPS:
Potatoes very feeling, so when you eat witch roasted chicken or beef is perfect.
For Vegetarian, you can eat as much as you want.
