SCOTCH FILLET
Aha, today is Sunday and now its almost 8pm in Australia. On Sunday night normally I just stay at home and doing my private life around the house such as cooking, gardening, shopping, etc. As I'm still have no kids yet and that one of advantages to fulfilling also satisfying my life before having babies.
Enjoying cooking at home is most hobby that I LOVE especially during weekend. Between Saturday or Sunday I always cook at home. Sometimes calling my friends or my parents in law to eat together. For me, cooking and eating life is sharing so better to enjoy it together with people that you loves.
People called Sunday is BBQ day and I made my Sunday is STEAK DAY. I was chosen SCOTCH FILLET as main ingredients for my steaks. So let's cook!

MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 360g Scotch Fillet
SCOTCH FILLET SEASONING
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch normal flour
ON THE PAN
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- Rosemerry
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
HOW TO CHOICE THE BEEF
You have freedom to choose the beef that you like, but I PREFER SCOTCH FILLET because fillet is one of the best part from cow beef and Scotch is one of the best cut for Steak. You have freedom to buy the beef in Buchery or supermarket. Make sure they fresh and having nice red colour.
HOW TO SEASONING THE BEEF
Add salt, black pepper and pinch of flour to marinated them and let it seep into the beef for 1 hour.
HOW TO COOK THEM IN THE OVEN
To cook steak with pan at home is very easy. Make sure your pan is warm and ready to cook the beef well. First, for sure I pour some olive oil and butter than the steak. Cook steak every 5 minutes than turn them to another side evenly. After that add more buttes, rosemary and garlic.
After 30 minutes, steak ready to serve with some baked potato and salad
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinated the beef for 1 hour with flour, salt and black pepper.
- After 1 hour, take them off from fridge and heat stove to cook the beef.
- Than after the stove getting farm, put all steak for 10 minutes.
- Add garlic, rosemary, butter evenly to steaks.
- After 10 minutes, WALA, steak ready to serve!
