When I was kid my mom always cooked burger for me and my younger brother. We are close family, we always eat together, most of times my mom cooking for us or we went out at lunch

Therefore, I learned from my mother how to cook burger. I put little bit modification with my own recipe and its turn out even better!
SIMPLE, EASY, HEALTHY AND QUICK!
You just need 15 minutes from baked the bread to cook the beef.

MAIN INGREDIENTS
- Australian Beef Burger
- Burger bread
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENT
- 2 pieces Egg
WE LOVE VEGETABLES
- 2 sheets Iceberg lettuce
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 2 stalk Fresh Rosemary
- 3 pieces Fresh Garlic
SEASONING
- 1 teaspoon SAXA cooking salt
- Pinch Organic whole BLACK PEPPER - premium quality
- 1 tablespoon Cobram estate Australian extra VIRGIN OIL
SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Lurpak BUTTER
- 1 tablespoon Coles special burger sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sour cream
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Praise traditional creamy MAYONNAISE
- 1 teaspoon ABC original CHILLI SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS
√ Turn oven 250℃ and baked the bread.
√ Than turn electric stove/gas, add butter, garlic and rosemary and add the beef, than cook for 7 minutes
√ Than, this is the time to make the sauce while waiting beef and bread done.
√ To make the sauce easy. Put all ingredients for the sauce together and stir it.
√ Than the last step is cook the Eggs in another hot pan for 3 minutes.
√ When all ready, its time to eat them. As garnish, you can always add cheddar cheese or tasty cheese.
The reason I LOVE FOODS because they are beautiful and you can see how tasty they are when we cook in the right method.
Now is time to warm the pan to cook the beef
First I add butter. Second the beef, garlic and the last rosemary.
Cook the beef for approximately 7 minutes on medium high heat.
Choose bread for burger that easy to chewy. I choose soft burger roll bread from COLES and it was perfect bread for burger.
In another pan, cook the egg for 3 minutes. Make sure the yolk stick together so when you eat the burger will MELTING on your mouth.
If you not fan of melting yolk, cook the eggs for 5 - 7 minutes.
After are ready now its time to put all together.
